We want you to love your sparkling water maker, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items in their original packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original box and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
